Integration:
When selecting new products & services, it’s imperative
to understand how they will interface, or integrate with existing services
and/or hardware. Our extensive
background in both services and hardware enable us to manage a seamless
transition. When deploying a new
service, there often needs to be coordination between multiple vendors, and
typically, the customer is expected to try and make this happen, often with
less than desirable results. With
Commtech Services and our comprehensive approach, we will handle all of that
coordination, scheduling, follow up and process management for the
customer. Our extra attention to detail
and our experience is what sets us apart.
Management:
Once the services are implemented, most sales
representatives are off looking for new customers. When an issue arises, customers are often
told to call a toll free number for customer service. If anything, that’s pretty weak customer
service. We will continue to manage the
account throughout the life of the contract. This management includes monitoring the first few invoices to be sure
the billing is set up correctly, invoice explanation and review, and keeping
customers informed as to upcoming contract expiration dates. Of course, we are always there to answer any
questions about the current services or about any additional services the
customer has a question about. And
clear, objective and honest information will always be provided.
